In Spain, notaries are public officers who practise under their own name as private individuals. This office therefore has no company tax ID (CIF): for tax purposes it is identified by the notary's personal NIF/DNI, which — following the usual practice of the Consejo General del Notariado — is not published on this site, for security reasons and to protect against identity theft. For the same reason, the internal professional-body membership number is not published either.
